Overview
SEPTEMBER MORN, a highly desirable model designed by Ted Hood and built by Little Harbor in 1986 is perfect for entertaining and extended cruising. She features a teak interior complete with slide out settees both port and starboard and can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 staterooms.
For cruising convenience and comfort SEPTEMBER MORN is equipped with a Hood electric stowaway in mast furler that can be operated from the helm, a Navtec hydraulic vang with cockpit controls, electric self-tailing Barient winches and a Harken MKIV 2 roller furling headsail.The excellent build quality is evident from the moment you step aboard. Owned by an experienced yachtsman and powered by a single Engine diesel engine new in 2023, SEPTEMBER MORN has been professionally maintained and features numerous upgrades.

Walkthrough
From the cockpit you go down 4 steps to enter the main cabin with accommodations below. Upon entering the main cabin the galley is immediately to port, this features a 3-burner Mariner gas stove with propane switch. Outboard and behind stove are cupboards and storage for longer cruises a Sea Frost fridge/ freezer is aft of the galley with controls above the top opening doors. A pressure hot and cold freshwater faucet is located at the double stainless-steel sink with a cutting board and a large storage area below for pots and pans. The sink also has a hand operated freshwater and sea water faucet.
Directly opposite the galley to starboard and under the cockpit is the aft quarter berth, this cabin is open to the salon. Directly in front of the quarter berth is the nav station facing forward. Directly in front of the nav area is a long couch which pulls out to a sea berth, in the middle of the salon is a drop leaf table which seats 4 comfortably and six in a pinch, to port of the table is another couch with also can be pulled out to make a sea berth. Above each couch are bookshelves and opening cupboards featuring louvered doors. Frigast brass reading lamps adorn the bulkhead for evening reading. A clock and barometer are located on the forward bulkhead.
The keel stepped mast is forward of the salon table.
Forward of the salon to port is the head with shower and manual toilet, access is through a door from the salon or from the owner’s cabin forward.
In the bow is the V-berth featuring lockers both port and starboard, a small dresser is located on the starboard and port side along with an ample number of drawers under and beside the bed. A large overhead opening hatch allows light and ventilation into this cabin along with opening stainless steel port lights in the coach house. Reading lamps and fans are in the owner’s stateroom also.
Features Include
A well-lighted and ventilated area from the companionway hatch, large and small ports and an opening overhead hatch with screen. Integral varnished teak handholds are full length port and starboard below the ports. A teak grate dustpan is built into the teak and holly sole.
Galley
The U-shaped galley to port is easily accessed from the cockpit and separated from the forward main salon by a half bulkhead with a varnished teak cap with a built-in handhold. White Formica countertop with teak trim is throughout the galley. Galley cabinets have louvered cherry door storage areas outboard and aft. A large double stainless-steel sink with hot and cold pressure water with large storage area under sink, inboard of the sink is a large storage area under a cutting board for pot storage accessed by a countertop hatch. On the outboard side of the galley is a Mariner 3 burner gimbaled stainless steel stove with a glass doored oven, dome lights are over the countertop along with a 12-volt fan and a large window outboard. Aft in the galley is the Sea Frost refrigeration and freezer accessed through countertop hatches. The LPG switch is also located in this area along with the fridge and freezer controls.
Navigation Station
The forward facing nav station is separated from the quarter berth and the main salon by a half bulkhead with varnished teak trim.
